The purpose of the Toyota Parts and Service Dealer Digital Advertising Feature is to help increase traffic to dealership website, service drives and ultimately higher dealer revenue and profits. The feature also aims to help dealers’ conquest consumer market share away from the aftermarket and independent shops.
When you enroll in the feature, you are entering into a 30-day agreement with the provider you have chosen, meaning you are in a month-to-month contract with the provider.
Please contact the TDDS Help Desk at 1-888-511-8904 or info@tmsusaconnect.com to cancel services with your provider. Please note that normal billing rules will apply for all cancellations:
  • If you notify the TDDS Help Desk from the 1st-10th of the month, you will receive services and will be billed through the end of the same month.
  • If you notify the TDDS Help Desk from the 11th – 31st of the month, you will receive services and be billed through the end of the following month.
All dealers will have access to reporting in Toyota DWA by logging into ELMS. All Digital Advertising Providers will offer monthly reporting.
Reports will provide Impressions, Clicks, Click through Rate, Cost per Click, Total and Unique Website Visits, Phone Leads, Form Submissions, Bounce Rate, and other like metrics.
All dealers will be billed via their monthly Parts Statement.
Yes, for the first three months of enrollment TMS will offer funding support to dealers. This is applicable for dealerships that meet the following criteria:
  1. Enroll with a Dealer Advertising Provider from August 1, 2016 – December 10, 2016
  2. Have its primary Dealer Website on a TDDS Certified Platform and live for 90 days
  3. Have an active Campaign Budget with an TPSDDA Provider for 90 days
A shared monthly cost between Toyota and the Dealers enrolled in the optional feature to support the management of Toyota Parts & Service Dealer Digital Advertising Feature. Fee includes services for program management, provider oversight, program strategy alignment and compliance, as well as reporting and optimization.
