First impressions are everything. A Dealer’s online presence can be a determining factor for whether a customer comes into the dealership to purchase or service a vehicle. The Dealer Digital Evaluation (DDE) program assists dealerships in measuring their entire digital presence through the eyes of a consumer. The DDE considers more than ninety (90) online data points along today’s consumer research arc that increase website traffic and conversions.

Neighborhood Watch
Providing a snapshot of a dealership’s standing on leading online review sites by review count, star rating and distribution of reviews across review sites, as well as comparing the dealership’s online reputation to that of competitive brand dealerships within the same marketplace.

3Birds Academy
A 24/7 online resource with training materials and best practices guides hosted in a secure responsive web portal for dealers to address areas of opportunity identified in the DDE.

Frequently Asked Questions

The purpose of Dealer Digital Evaluation is to provide the Dealer with a tool to help identify opportunities in improving their online presence and drive more traffic to the dealership.
The evaluation focuses on four main digital categories:
  • Search Engine Ranking – Google (scored), Yahoo! and Bing
  • Dealer Website Optimization for desktop and mobile
  • Social Media presence and engagement
  • Reputation Management on public review sites (Google+Local, Yahoo, Yelp, etc.)
Dealers may access the Digital Evaluation tool via ELMS ( under “Tools”
The Dealer Digital Evaluation will be conducted quarterly by 3Birds Marketing.
